Hello

I’m Ian Jindal, found mostly typing via RetailX (retail and D2C research), covering the digital commerce sector (InternetRetailing), podcasting at RetailCraft or hosting discussions, think-tanks and dinners. I’m a trustee at The Crafts Council, a flaneuring snapper, researcher into leadership in purposeful business, and general omnivore on consumer-purpose-commerce-policy. Here, I blur some lines, cross a few aisles and assemble some thoughts, in no particular order.
